What is a pre-order item?
When you pre-order an item, you are helping fund the production. There are multiple benefits to this- you are guaranteed the highest grade of the product, and in some cases, pre-orders are less expensive than in-stock items. I will also sometimes send freebies with pre-orders. However, because the product has not been produced yet, you must wait longer to receive it. Once a design is funded, it can take 2-3 weeks to arrive to me. Pre-order updates will be posted on a designated 'Updates' Instagram highlight.
Once a pre-order item has been put into production, it cannot be refunded.
If you order an in-stock and pre-order item together, they will be shipped together when the pre-order item arrives.
What is grading?
Grading determines the quality of the product- this generally only applies to things like pins, or bigger items. Lower grades may be discounted.
A-Grade is the most flawless pick. These items will have no imperfections, or ones that are only very slightly noticeable under light.
B-Grade contains small scratches or scuffs. These are not noticeable from afar and usually not up-close.
C-Grade has visible imperfections. It's impossible to determine what exactly you will receive, but some examples are: deep scratches/scuffs, overfill of enamel, or gaps in enamel. Like A and B Grade, the pin is randomly selected for you, so there's no guarantee that you will receive one or the other.
Seconds are items with extremely visible defects or missing elements.
Why is international shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately, I do not control shipping prices. International shipping from the USA is just expensive- this is out of my control.
My package is lost/damaged.
My package is lost: As much as I wish I could, I cannot be responsible for lost mail. This is a mistake of the postal system, not of my own. Please check tracking numbers as closely as you can, and consider filing a claim with your carrier.
My package is damaged: It is never my intention to have someone's goods arrive damaged! Please contact me via DM so I can evaluate if the damage is my fault or the fault of the postage system.
I try my best to package my products as thoroughly as possible, but similarly to lost packages, it is not fair for me to be held responsible for the actions of USPS/your local mail carrier.
